A mediocre arm with two home starts against weak offenses can outscore a one-start ace; this is the entire backbone of the streaming strategy.

Park factors and opponent strength filter the candidates. Petco, Comerica, and Tropicana Field suppress offense; Coors Field, Great American Ball Park, and Yankee Stadium inflate it. A streamer in Petco against the Marlins is a different opportunity than the same arm in Coors against the Dodgers.
